INFORMATION ON HANDLING THE PERSONAL DATA

PRIVACY POLICY – Information document pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13, “(EU) Regulation 2016/679 of 27th April 2016”

In compliance with the “(EU) Regulation 2016/679 of 27th April 2016″, we hereby provide you with the due information regarding the treatment of personal data provided by you through this website. The information shall not be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted through links on the websites in the domain of the owner, who shall not be considered in any way responsible for any third parties’ websites. This information is also provided pursuant to Article 13 of the “(EU) Regulation 2016/679 of 27th April 2016 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the treatment of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data”. The information is also inspired by Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European Authorities for the Protection of Personal Data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46 / EC, adopted on May 17th, 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web-pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection, as well as the provisions of Directive 2002/58 / EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136 / EC, about cookies.

Data treatments are carried out at the offices and premises of the data treatment owner and at the offices of external parties appointed as “external manager”.

2) Types of data processed

a) Personal and identification data

Personal data: any information relating to an individual, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.

Identification data: the personal data that allow the direct identification of the interested party (such as, for example, name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.).

b) Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures provided for the function of this website collect certain personal information during their normal operation, the transmission of which is subject to the use of data exchange protocols on the Internet. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature it could allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

c) Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses provided by this site and/or the fulfillment of data collection forms, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other data personal data entered.

d) Cookies

This site does NOT use cookies to send advertising and to perform profiling services.

3) Purpose of the processing for which consent is granted where required (art. 6 and 7 (EU) Regulation 2016/679)

Personal data voluntarily provided will be processed for the following purposes:

• Any requests for quotations and/or contact and/or self-applications;

• Administrative and accounting activities in general.

For the purpose of application of the provisions related to personal data protection, the treatments carried out for administrative and accounting purposes are those related to organizational, administrative, financial and accounting activities, regardless of the nature of the data processed. In particular, the internal organizational activities and those functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations pursue this purpose.

The personal data collected by sending mail to the address entered on the company website will be treated in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation. In the case of self-applications, a reply by e-mail will be sent with a brief information about the personal data treatment, while in other cases the data will be processed with the sole purpose of responding to an explicit user request.

4) Processing methods – Data Conservation

The processing will be carried out both in an automated and manual way, with methods and tools aimed to guarantee the maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose. Data will be stored for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.

5) Scope of communication and dissemination

Your data, subject of the treatment, will not be disclosed and may be communicated to companies contractually bound to MAT, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. Data may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:

• subjects that provide services for the management of the information system used by MAT and telecommunications networks;

• studies or companies within the framework of assistance and advice;

• recruitment companies, with reference to self-applications;

•competent authorities who enforce the law and/or regulations promulgated by public bodies, upon request.

Persons belonging to the aforementioned categories carry out the function of Data Treatment Manager, or operate with full autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The list of managers is constantly updated and available at the headquarters of Manifattura Automobili Torino S.r.l. Any further communication or disclosure will only be done with your explicit consent.

6) Nature of the conferral and refusal

The user is free to provide his personal data. The provision of data for a request of information/quotation  is necessary. Any refusal to the data conferral for the aforementioned purposes implies the impossibility to obtain what requested or use the services from the data treatment owner. The owner does not modify the data treatment methods and purposes without the prior and explicit consent by the interested party.

7) Rights of interested parties

You may assert your rights as expressed by the art. 16, 17, 18 and 19 of (EU) Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the data treatment owner or manager, by sending an email to the address privacy@manifatturaautomobilitorino.com with “Personal data processing” as a subject. You have the right, at any time, to request access, rectification, updating, integration, cancellation, limitation and opposition to your data treatment. Furthermore, should you deem it appropriate in relation to your data treatment carried out by Manifattura Automobili Torino s.r.l., you have the right to complain to the personal data protection authority. If you contact the data treatment owner, please provide your e-mail address, name, address and/or your phone numbers, in order to allow the correct handling of your request.

8) Social plug-in

Our web-pages might contain social network plug-ins. If you access one of our web-pages equipped with a similar plug-in, the Internet browser connects directly to the social network and the plug-in is displayed on the screen thanks to the connection with the browser.
